• Palm Images: Acquired via your device camera interface. Note that palm images are processed temporarily in volatile system memory for algorithmic vector analysis and are not saved in our database directories.
• AI Chat Messages: Script logs, historical companion messages, and textual inputs submitted during conversational AI sessions.
• Numerology Inputs: Textual strings representing names or key dates processed to generate system numerical ratings.
• Relationship Match Inputs: Secondary birth and profile parameters supplied temporarily by you to evaluate user-to-user astrology configurations.

We collaborate with trusted service providers to supply critical cloud framework services under strict data privacy rules. These services consist of:

• Supabase: Serves as our primary secure cloud database hosting authenticated profile registries, saved reading histories, and active account settings.
• Google Gemini API: Processes hand tracking vectors and birth chart parameters to generate linguistic companion reports. Inputs sent to Gemini are governed by isolated API controls to prevent usage in broad model training runs.
• RevenueCat: Validates transactional receipts, maps entitlement tokens, and updates active subscription status parameters.
• Google Play Billing: Manages standard checkout, renewal cycles, and in-app tokens securely for all Android installations.
• Apple In-App Purchases: Handles standard payment profiles, receipt tokens, and renewals natively for iOS devices.

However, please note that no internet transmission protocol or database storage architecture is completely immune to security threats. We cannot guarantee or warrant absolute data security under all operating environments.

We retain your account details, reading histories, and AI conversation logs only for as long as your secure profile remains active on our platform. Inactive directories or records flag for administrative deletion schedules when unreferenced for standard periods, subject to legitimate compliance, tax reporting, or operational mandates.

Under modern privacy standards, you maintain direct authority over your data. These privileges consist of:

• Access: The right to view, inspect, or extract your registered profile indices, birth chart settings, and active report histories within the App interface.
• Correction: The right to directly alter, adjust, or completely rewrite registration fields, display names, birth times, and birth coordinates.
• Deletion: The right to clear individual chat timelines, archive records, or trigger a complete erasure of your active database profile.

Users may permanently delete their account and associated data directly from within the PalmoraAI application. Once a deletion request is submitted, the deletion process will be completed according to our data retention policy.

PalmoraAI does not knowingly collect, catalog, or handle personal credentials supplied by children under thirteen (13) years of age (or the applicable minimum age required in your region). Use of this software is strictly limited to individuals who meet this age threshold. If we discover that a user under 13 has registered without verified parental consent, we will take immediate action to remove the associated records from our cloud databases.

We preserve the right to release adjustments or refinements to this Privacy Policy to align with new feature releases, legal compliance updates, or third-party API configurations. All policy modifications will be published here with an updated "Effective Date" at the top of this document.
